• This is an information site about the Canna Nirvana farm, its strains and how we grow them. It is for business visitors aged 21 and over.
• The site sells nothing. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or advice of any kind.
• Strain descriptions and the block of what a strain is mentioned online in connection with summarise public information and reviews from the internet. They are not our statements.
• A form on the site is a request to get in touch or to cooperate. It is not an order and not a contract.
• Photos and texts on the site belong to us. Do not copy them without our permission.

1. About the site

canna-nirvana.com is run under the Canna Nirvana brand, Thailand (“we”). The site presents our farm, the strains we grow and how we grow them.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who the site is for

The site is for adults aged 21 and over who visit it for business purposes. When you confirm your age in the 21+ window, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

The partner section is open only to licensed business partners who received a personal code from our manager. Do not pass the code to anyone else.

3. The content is information

Everything on the site is information about the farm, its strains and its methods. It is not an offer to sell, not an invitation to make an offer and not advice of any kind. The site has no prices, orders or payments.

If a business relationship follows a request, it is agreed separately, outside the site, in a written agreement between the businesses. These terms do not govern it.

4. Strain descriptions and online mentions

Strain descriptions — aromas, flavours, terpenes and the character of the effect — and the block of what a strain is most often mentioned online in connection with are a statistical summary of publicly available information and user reviews from the internet. We collected and counted this information; we did not verify it.

This information is not our statement, promise or recommendation, and it does not describe any specific batch. Figures in a laboratory certificate (COA) refer only to the batch named in that certificate.

5. Requests through forms

A form on the site is a request to get in touch or to discuss cooperation. It is not an order and not an offer, and it creates no contract and no obligation for you or for us. We decide whether and how to answer a request.

How we handle the data in a request is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

6. Photos, texts and other materials

Photos, texts, illustrations, strain artwork, logos and the design of the site belong to Canna Nirvana. Do not copy, publish, change or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share a link to any page of the site.

7. Rules of use

Do not use the site in breach of the law, do not try to get around the 21+ window or the partner code, do not overload the site and do not copy its content by automated means.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to other sites and messengers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the content accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free of errors, or that the site works without interruption.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; the version published on the site when you use it applies.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Thailand.

12. Language

These terms are published in English and Thai. If the two texts differ, the English text prevails.
